What to do first
If there is an injury, fire or immediate traffic danger, call 112 before arranging a tow. Move behind a barrier when it is safe, switch on the hazard lights and do not remain beside moving traffic.
Information needed for dispatch
Send the live location, direction of travel, nearest exit, vehicle make and model, plate country and clear photos of the breakdown or damage. This helps us select the right truck and loading equipment.
Local towing and transfer to Turkey
The first response is provided by the nearest confirmed local partner. If the vehicle and documents are suitable, onward transport can then be planned through Kipi–Ipsala. Island jobs also require port and ferry approval.
